Membership is FREE with the exception of a $1.00 credit card verification fee initially charged. Members must be 21 years of age or older, by signing up you are affirming you are or over 21. Order pickup and purchases must be made by a person 21 years or older, ID checked. A 1-year commitment with quarterly billing to credit card on file; automatic renewal. Cancellation prior to 1 year will have a $50 cancellation fee. Members must notify Wine:30 on Oak Street in writing to Annett@w30.wine 15 days prior to pick up date if there are any changes to the order or cancellation. Notification of pickup party date will be sent via email; however, no notification is sent prior to billing. Credit card on file will be automatically charged within 3 business days prior to the announced pickup date. Once the order is processed the wine is considered purchased and there will be no refunds. It is the members responsibility to pick up the order within 2 weeks of the Quarterly Pick up date. If not picked up, it will be returned to stock without refund. Members select wines at quarterly tasting events. Wine:30 choose for those who don't attend or respond via email, based on their application preferences. Wine:30 may substitute a different vintage or wine of equal or greater value if a specific wine is depleted or unavailable prior to pick up.
